"I chose Domus Improvements as they were highly recommended from friends at my golf club. To my shock it got off to an absolutely disastrous start, as the installation team van reversed onto my driveway crashing into my garage door and stone pillar. The owner of the company came around within 30 minutes and apologised profusely and disciplined the driver. To my surprise he insisted on building me a new stone pillar and installed one of their automated garage doors free of charge. Very impressed with the efficiency of the handling of the problem and the generosity from the owner. I am very grateful and the installation was second to none. Accidents can happen but it is how they are dealt with that matters. The final outcome of the entire project demanded 5 stars plus."

"If you are happy with run of the mill industry standard UPVC windows and doors that all look very similar, with similar costs, they are plentiful, unfortunately this caused us confusion and frustration. We realised we were looking for something more unique. After we came across Domus we noticed that they specialise in far more bespoke products for not a vast increase in cost from our previous quotations which we thought were well worth the investment. They were very accommodating and adaptable to our needs, The installation has made our house stand out on our estate to the extent they have now done several more installations in our neighbourhood.
