We guarantee the workmanship on projects we complete for the period stated in your project agreement. If a defect arises from our workmanship within the guarantee period, we will return to inspect it and, where it falls within the guarantee, put it right at no cost to you.
The guarantee covers defects arising from our workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, alterations by others after we finish, or issues arising from parts of the property outside our scope of works. Manufactured products (appliances, fittings, materials) are covered by their own manufacturer warranties, which we will pass on to you.
We carry public liability insurance of up to £5 million. Where a project requires structural or notifiable work, we work to the relevant building regulations and liaise with building control; the relevant certificates are provided on completion.
Contact us at [email protected] or on 020 7946 0958 with your project reference and a description (and photos where possible) of the issue. We aim to acknowledge within a few working days and arrange an inspection promptly.
We want every client happy, but if you're not, we take it seriously. Step 1: raise it with your project contact — most issues are resolved quickly on site. Step 2: if unresolved, put your complaint in writing to the office; we will acknowledge it and provide a point of contact. Step 3: we will investigate, respond with our findings and a proposed resolution, and agree next steps and timescales with you. We keep you informed throughout.
