Enquiry & quote information — your name, email, phone, property address, and the project details you share. Project & contract information — quotes, agreements, site notes, photographs of the works, and invoices. Supplier/trade information where relevant. Automatic data — device and usage data via cookies and server logs (see our Cookie Notice).

3. How and why we use it

To provide quotes and carry out works — surveying, pricing, scheduling and completing your project (performance of a contract / steps before a contract).
To communicate — responding to enquiries and keeping you updated during the works (legitimate interests / contract).
To meet legal, tax, insurance and building-control obligations (legal obligation).
To handle guarantees and complaints (contract / legitimate interests).

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed with: vetted subcontractors and suppliers working on your project (limited to what they need), building control and regulatory bodies for notifiable works, our insurers where a claim arises, and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Service providers (IT, email, hosting) process data only on our behalf.

5. How long we keep it

We keep project, contract and financial records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, insurance and guarantee obligations — typically several years after completion, reflecting the guarantee period and the limitation period for construction claims — then delete or anonymise them. Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably useful.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and limit access to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we act promptly if an issue arises.

7. Your rights
